BMD Test?
When to do aa?
Just now SJMC called. I didn't collect my Calcitriol & Calcium (balance which SJMC no stock at the time my Endocrinologist prescribed).
Still lot of stock at home.
Errmmm...I'm quit forgetful now. I always miss out my Calcium & Calcitriol intake.

I try my best to discipline myself with the mineral intake.
Oh me! My body needs it! Please!!! Really hope no recurrance of Sept/Oct '05's incident.

I don't afraid of BMD test.
I just don't want to know the result.
